The owners of this home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware reached out to us to freshen up their home. With slight modifications to the existing color scheme, Lamb’s Custom Painting was able to give this home a noticeable makeover.
Lamb’s Roof and Exterior Cleaning soft washed the home from the roof to the foundation. We eliminated any moss, mold, mildew, dirt, salt, etc. This created a pristine surface for the adhesion of the new paint.
The main body of the home was coated with two coats of Sherwin-Williams (SW) Duration exterior flat paint in Malabar SW 9110. The trim was painted with Duration exterior satin in SW 7687 August Moon. We finished off the project by coating the front door and shutters with two coats of Benjamin Moore’s Ultra Spec exterior gloss in HC-184 Cottage Red. The homeowners were extremely pleased with our workmanship.
