Lamb's Roof and Exterior Cleaning and Lamb's Custom Painting worked on the gorgeous Canal front home. The home owner contacted us as we were referred by several home owners that we have worked for in Canal Corkran. The home owner wanted us to clean the exterior of the house. There was mildew on the steps, garage doors, shower area and the wooden ceilings. After the wooden ceilings and front door were cleaned, they wanted a protective coating applied.
We used our Softwash cleaning truck to clean the residence.
After everything was dried, we protected everything with heavy canvas drop clothes. We then applied a Minwax Spar Urethane in a satin finish and made the ceilings and door beautiful again. The pictures will show mildew on the ceilings and how nicely they turned out. The home owners were extremely happy.
